As a HR Business Partner, you work closely with your organization’s senior leaders and are tasked with developing strategies to strengthen the future organizational capabilities that are critical for success. You’re a consultant to management on all things HR, serve as liaison to leadership and are expected to be the advising expert on topics such as the business unit’s financial position, employee engagement, recruitment needs, and everything in-between.

No matter what your professional HR experience is, nothing can be more beneficial than professional education created specifically to make you more successful, effective, and valuable to your company. That is why the 2016 HR Business Partner University (HRBPU) event will showcase four topics that are top-of-mind to HR Professionals. Each topic will be explored through its own extremely interactive educational course. In addition, there will be break-out case-study sessions, all led by seasoned HR Leaders. This deep-dive approach combines formal learning and research with meaningful discussion, collaborative group work, actionable handouts, tools and exercises facilitated by table moderators. All attendees, from those just beginning their professional development journey to seasoned HR professionals looking to implement the latest tools and strategies in their business units, will leave HRBPU energized, more knowledgeable, and ready to take their profession and organization to the next level.
